Despite the awful weather, Grove RFC U11s had an awesome day at Bath Rugby! 🏉

The team smashed it in the training session before giving the players a guard of honour and taking part in a pitch parade at half-time.

A fantastic experience for everyone involved and a brilliant way to round off the season. Well done, boys! 👏💙💛

Grove RFC was proudly represented at the Oxfordshire Rugby Volunteer Awards by Leanne Wade and Harry Stokes.

Leanne was nominated for the Unsung Hero Award, while Harry received nominations for both the Game for All Award and the Kate Peel Award for Inclusivity in the Game.

Although neither were shortlisted on this occasion, being nominated is a fantastic achievement and recognition of the commitment, passion and countless hours they dedicate to our club and the wider rugby community.

We are incredibly proud of both Leanne and Harry. Their efforts help make Grove RFC the welcoming, inclusive and community-focused club that it is today.

Congratulations to all those nominated and awarded across Oxfordshire, and thank you to Abingdon RFC for hosting a wonderful event and putting on a lovely lunch.
