Unexpected drive by bin hoop!!!! How exciting. Unexpected walk by tour group hoop. And general hooping with a busker in Bath. Lush.

Obsessed with this song

I’m not really a regular driller, but want to get these chest rolls without the hand hooping in between 💚 using some grip tape on my new orange hoop and hoping it’ll help 😂

Breaks break

29/09/2026

Found this vid of me at my first ever in 2018. I was obsessed with hoop breaks then and still am now. 🩷💜. Fast forward 8 years and I’m back at swhoop this year teaching a workshop on Monday morning at 9am in the den. We will be playing with off and on body breaks, matching breaks to the beat of music, and layering different types of breaks so that you can flow with breaks. I can’t wait!!! Join me 🕺
