Pros
This was a great experience, and I really enjoyed the combination of running and yoga. The running was challenging, but a choice of going further or shorter distances made it doable. Several run leaders made it possible and even though I was mostly at the back, I never felt left behind. Out of my comfort zone but so glad I went! The people were all great and easy going. The home-cooked vegan meals were outstanding! The fact that there were 3 nights also made it more relaxing with two full days of activities.

"Brilliant wild running and yoga retreat "
Pros:
Location is awesome - activities varied and all really good - great vegan food - organiser and team were all great - great people It was a great mix of active and relax. I hadn’t run for months so was slow but that was fine. Great to explore the moors on crispy days. Yoga was excellent with Donna. Lou was lovely and offered excellent massages. Joe did some fun exploratory movement activities and he and Dave were great on runs. Ceri was uniquely him and had lots on offer with flexibility. Interesting informal conversations and discussions. Great people
