For those that do not know me personally within the community I would really like to introduce myself so you can all briefly get to know me, Samarah-Leigh Sinclair, the Dance Principle of Rise Dance Academy and Studio informally. I competed successfully for 14yrs across the UK, taking my first serious steps into teaching in 2017, passing my teachers exam in August of that year and then setting up my own Inclusive dance school in April 2018. My Lifelong connection to Freestyle Dance strengthens my approach to a unique and current dance style of teaching in our community. Opportunities to take part in my competitive tribe is open to all dancers, the decision to compete is that of all parents/kids who attend RDA. It is important to me to Promote Positivity and Inclusiveness while setting example’s of way’s my dancers can to be kind to themselves and each other. My teaching ethos is heavily influenced by focusing on 5 key benefits of dance pillars -

As well as Freestyle, RDA STUDIO’s offers Acro Dance, Ballet and Fitness in the studio which is open to all different ages, abilities and genders. Please get in touch with me through the RDA page if you would like more information on how to join RDA!

Mummy & Me Ballet is a dance class for mummy’s to come to whether it is to join in beside their baby through the whole class or to sit back and watch them have fun.
This class is for their first “dance steps” and for mummy’s and baby’s to bond over their first dance class. It is perfect for mum friends to have a fun class together with their children or a place to to make new friends 🥹💝🩰

We have lots of fun in this half an hour 🥰

Day : Saturdays 10am
Age : confident walkers - age 3.

The first Tiny Twirls class! How adorable! I’m feeling very lucky to be able to create those moments.

I was so incredibly nervous before this class. These sessions mean so much to me, and because I care so deeply about creating something truly special, I often put an enormous amount of pressure on myself to make sure every family leaves feeling happy, connected and part of something meaningful.

From the moment we began I felt so much joy. I absolutely loved every minute - the music, the little smiles, the tiny movements, the cuddles, and simply watching all those beautiful moments unfold. 🩰

I feel incredibly grateful to every single person who came along and trusted me to share this experience with you and your little ones. It means more to me than I can put into words.

These classes are about so much more than dance. They’re about connection, confidence, creating memories and having a little pocket of time where you can be together.

I cannot wait for Baby Ballet on Saturday 🥹🩰

You are that x101628, kind, hard working and special far past the dance floor. We all love you so much and are so proud of who you are today.

Starting in Mummy & Me Block 4, you will have a little surprise waiting for you on your mat every week.

I will be putting affirmation cards with messages to encourage you, lift you up and remind you to be kind to yourself on your mat every week.

So before we start moving - take a moment to pick up your card, read it and let it be your little reminder for the day that I hope you can carry with you beyond our session.

Maybe it’s exactly what you needed to hear.
Maybe it makes you smile or maybe it simply reminds you that you deserve to give yourself the love and support that you pour out.

Mummy & Me isn’t just a class for getting stronger physically, I want it to be a class where mums feel reminded every week how amazing they are and where they feel supported - all while being with our babies. 🥹💝
