One of the best things about CrossFit is that everything is scalable. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years, every workout can be adapted to suit your current fitness level and goals.

You don’t need to be fit to start—you just need to start.
Our community is made up of people from all backgrounds, ages, and abilities, all supporting each other every step of the way.

The ORE Pub Quiz 2026 ❔

We want to send our appreciations to .lawley for allowing us to host the event, take over the Pub and their MAHOOSIVE donation👏

Our ORE members who turned up, took part, donated lots and may have drank a little too much 🙈 👏

for your support in getting your members to join in, donations, raffle prizes and providing live entertainment 👏

And everyone else who attended, donated and provided raffle prizes, we thank you for your support and kindness!

A special huge thank you to the Quiz Mistresses & for hosting and following through a spectacular event. From creating the quiz, hosting, making sure everyone was having fun and creating a raffle, you did us all proud! 👏

The Pub Quiz was to help us raise as much money as possible for when we take on the Dragon Boat Event next month… and they killed it! 🛶
Raising a whopping £611 through out the night, .lawley then doubling it to £1,222 😱and then more donations came in after, giving them a grand total of … 🥁🥁🥁🥁

£1,232 In one evening!!!! Taking Team King’s Dragon Boat efforts to £1,428 🙌
