Pilates for Beginners is coming this June!

The secret is finally out! I am SO excited to open bookings for a brand-new, low-pressure Pilates for Beginners class starting this June. 🤍

As many of you know, I’m still a Pilates instructor in training. I’m not fully qualified yet, which is why I want us to grow together. We’ll be learning, building strength, and finding our flow as a team.

Because I’m still training, classes will be a special rate of just £7 per session!

If you’ve ever felt intimidated by fast-paced studio classes, this is your safe haven.

What to expect:

💪 We’re stripping it right back to form, core engagement, and alignment.

🐢 Mindful, intentional movements taken at a pace that actually feels good. (Slow and steady wins the race)

🫶 A welcoming, supportive space for adults (21+) to move without judgment.

The Details:

🗓️ Sundays | 6 PM - 7 PM (Starting 7th June)

📍 TORIARTS Madeley, 20 Russell Rd, Telford TF7 5BB

💰 £7 per class (cash or bank transfer)

🧘‍♀️ Ages 21+ | BYOM (bring your own mat, although I will have some spare) | Absolute beginners welcome!

🎭 BMTC NEW MEMBERS NIGHT 🎵
Bridgnorth Musical Theatre Company is throwing open its doors for a special New Members Night, and we’d love to welcome fresh faces into the BMTC family.

Whether you’ve been performing for years or you’ve never stepped on stage before, everyone is welcome. Our friendly existing members will be there to greet you, chat, and answer any questions you may have about joining the company.

There is nothing quite like seeing the “brain-scrambling” process of choreography finally come to life at ToriArts Studios - Madeley.

Seeing my fabulous students giving their all in my Lyrical and Jazz classes is the ultimate reward. 🌟

The Glamorous Life of a Dance Teacher 💼💃

Who says you can’t choreograph a Jazz piece in a pinstripe trouser suit?

This is the reality of balancing a full-time office job with life as a dance teacher. It usually involves:

🧺 Trying to get “in the zone” while the laundry pile in the background stares me down.

⭕️ Literally fighting for my life against my aerial hoop.

🕺 Discovering that pinstripes actually have surprisingly good range of motion!

If you ever wonder why I am so passionate about providing you with an escape from life’s stresses, it is because I am right there in the trenches with you.
From the office desk to the studio floor, it is a marathon, but I would not have it any other way. 🌟

P.S. This is about as glamorous as you’ll see me! 🤣
