A fantastic Self Protection seminar with Fusion Fighting Systems, Concept Martial Arts and MCQC

The 5-hour seminar covered:
- Filipino Martial Arts knife defence
- Panantukan padwork (related to MMA)
- MCQC
- The Approach self-defence method
- Understanding the reality of street violence

The energy and engagement levels were high throughout the seminar, it was great meeting all the attendees.

We are going to update the instructors section of the MCQC website, and we need to know who is still actively teaching.

If you are, can you please pm me with relevant information regarding your classes, contact info etc so we can apply it to your instructor bio please?

Would any existing instructors and students be interested in attending a one day or maybe half day refresher course?
This would Just be getting together to revise the syllabus.
