Another brilliant Thursday morning with our Unshakeables! 🥊

Our Parkinson boxers brought the effort as always and we rounded off the session the best way possible: cake for our Steve's birthday.
Happy birthday, Steve! 🥳🎉

This is what our club is all about. Yes, we do competitive boxing but more than that, we're a community. We're here to help each other.
Boxing is a universal sport. It brings all kinds of people together, for all kinds of reasons, and the outcomes can be just as varied, stronger bodies, sharper minds, new friendships, and a room full of people who've got each other's backs.
