Training on the famous pitch at Frome Hall Park,
walking rugby is a non contact version of this great sport.
It's ideal to increase your fitness, gently get back to the full game after injury or just have a laugh and throw a ball around.
If you fancy joining in with our all inclusive, all ability team, just come down to Stroud Rugby on a Friday night (7pm start) and give it a go. Everyone is welcome.

Dodging the rain tonight, but training hard !

If you love rugby, but don't fancy the running, tackling and the overall physicality, perhaps walking rugby is for you.
If you're coming back from injury or want to increase your fitness, all whilst having a laugh, maybe Fromehall Park on Fridays between 7 and 8pm is the place for you.
All ages and abilities most welcome.
The bar opens afterwards as well !

Training on Fridays at 7pm, Fromehall Park the home of Stroud Rugby.
No tackling, no running, no kicking, just fun and fitness in a game that is welcome to all ages and abilities. We open the bar afterwards as well !
