In addition to the testing nature of the Links-style course, the setting boasts an environment in which wildlife flourishes, promoted by the spectacular natural wetland features and water hazards around the course; over 90 different species of birds have been recorded in what is, in essence, a wonderful golf course nature reserve setting. The stunning golf course is complemented by outstanding practice facilities: a Short Game Area which provides purposeful and realistic on-course conditions; and a floodlit Driving Range with thoughtfully placed targets to encourage more meaningful practice.

It’s the fastest-growing sport for a reason, and if you haven’t tried it yet, there’s never been a better time to see what all the fuss is about. Here at St Ives, we’re proud to be part of the movement with our two fantastic courts nestled right in our beautiful grounds.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your game, our courts are the perfect place to get active and have some fun. Who says you have to travel to the coast for that authentic links-style feel? ⛳️

There’s something truly special about the course this time of year. As we head into the peak of summer, the fescues are flowing in the breeze, the fairways are firm, and our greens are looking (and playing!) absolutely fantastic.

Our greenkeeping team has been working their magic to ensure everything is in championship condition for our members and visitors. Whether you’re chasing a new personal best or just looking to enjoy a round in the sunshine with good company, the course has never looked better.

Who says you have to pack up your clubs just because the workday is over? 🏌️‍♂️✨

With the Summer Solstice arriving on June 21st, we’re being treated to the longest day of the year, and we couldn’t think of a better way to spend those extra hours of daylight than right here on the course.

Imagine this: the sun is dipping low, the fairways are bathed in that gorgeous golden hour glow, and you’ve just escaped the desk for a quick, breezy session on the St Ives Express. Our 3-hole loop is the perfect way to unwind, breathe in the fresh air, and soak up the peace of the evening.

Once you’ve holed out, head back to the clubhouse for a well-deserved sundowner. Whether it’s a cold beer, a crisp glass of wine, or a refreshing soft drink, the atmosphere is always warm and the company even better. 🥂

Who’s ready to level up their game this summer? ⛳️

We’ve got some fantastic news for our junior golfers! The Summer Term 2026 is here, and we’re doubling the expertise. We are thrilled to introduce our new coaching powerhouse duo: Paul Hunter and Ben Mcneill.

Many of you already know Ben from the shop, he’s officially passed his qualification and is joining Paul to make this term our best one yet! We’re moving our sessions back to Friday evenings (with slots available from 5pm through to 8pm).

These sessions are expected to book up incredibly quickly following such a busy spring term! If you’re looking to get involved, please get in touch as soon as possible.
