What a glorious special afternoon of bowls.
Celebrating 40th Anniversary, we had the pleasure of Disability Bowls England team showing us how to bowl.
Yes you guessed it - we lost! 😢. BUT what a wonderful experience.

Beautiful day to start the clubs official open day.
First order of the day was to present the short mat trophy to Rosemary who won in 24-25 season. Unfortunately she only had it in her hands for 5 sec (sorry Rosemary), when it was then presented to Cliff for 25-26 season.
Secondly, Alan baked a cake for a long time member Peter for his 80th Birthday.
Finally, before the games commenced, President Alan rolled the first bowl.
