- Revising our recruitment strategy to encourage female applicants and to align with our company culture.

- Introducing beginner golf lessons for female associates to encourage them to play the game, led by former Ladies European Tour players, Sophie Walker, Christine Holt and Mickey Walker.

- Hosting an annual exclusive Team Titleist Ladies event to create a space for female golfers to build a community.

- Continuing to be a leading partner of the Ladies European Tour, supporting both the Tour and the overwhelming majority of its players.

Last Friday, the final Acushnet UK scramble of the year took place, where twelve teams took to an overcast but wind-free St Ives golf course.

The inclusive format of all players teeing off from the forward tees saw some impressive scoring with first place going to the team of Joshua Mackey (c), Mark Sanderson, Matt Swain and Dan Eke, after shooting a front nine nett score of 25 (-11) to win by one stroke. After the golf, all the teams headed to the clubhouse to enjoy some food and drink whilst watching the opening day's play of the Ryder Cup.

A special shoutout goes to all 10 debutants for immersing themselves and playing their first competitive nine holes on Friday. Thank you to the UKCSSC and St Ives Golf Course for organising such a great day and we look forward to the next scramble which will take place in April next year.
