Designed for players in Years 1-12, Elevate provides high-quality coaching from professional coaches and players in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions include skill development, game-based learning and opportunities to compete in the Wolves Basketball League.

For those with aspirations to play at a higher level, Elevate also offers a pathway into our Junior National League programme, home to some of the country's top youth basketball teams.

🥋 FIVE MEDALS AT THE BRITISH KARATE INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

A huge weekend for our Oaklands karate athletes, who returned from the British Karate International Championships with an incredible five-medal haul.

Leading the way was Sameer Hasib, who claimed gold in the U17 +76kg category, while teammate Troy Borges secured silver. In a remarkable achievement, Jake Williams from our Football Academy took bronze, meaning Oaklands completed a clean sweep of the podium with first, second and third place finishes.

There was more success in the U17 competition as Alfie Hanson earned silver in the -55kg category. In the U21 divisions, Glyn Dawson and Ameer Hasib both fought brilliantly to secure bronze medals.

An outstanding achievement against some of the country's best karate talent and a fantastic reflection of the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by our athletes every day.

Applications are still open for the Oaklands Wolves Cheerleading Academy, the UK’s first academy to combine elite cheer with full-time study.

Train with Twisted Cheer, compete at national competitions and perform at Wolves events, all while developing your skills in a high-performance environment. You’ll also benefit from strength & conditioning and physiotherapy support to help you perform at your best.

Combine elite cheerleading with your full-time college course and build the confidence, discipline and performance skills to take your next step, both in cheer and beyond. 🐺

Whether you’re already competing, looking to step up your level or ready to discover what you can achieve, the Wolves Cheerleading Academy gives you the opportunity to train hard, compete nationally and study alongside your sport.

Meet Scarlett ⚽🐺

Since joining the WolfPack, Scarlett has grown both on and off the pitch.

As part of the Football Academy, Scarlett is studying Level 3 Sports Coaching, while also building lasting friendships and developing as a player and leader.

As captain of the Women’s Academy, Scarlett has had to adapt to a new set-up, new players and plenty of changes, embracing the challenge and helping bring the team together along the way.

With a passion for football, Scarlett is making the most of her time at Oaklands College and looking forward to what comes next. 💪

We’re excited to see where her journey takes her!
