Polegate town 2s were beaten 1-0 today by Sovereign Saints 2s.
An early goal by saints was the only talking point in a fairly uneventful game. Polegate played the better football for large spells but couldn’t quite create a clear cut chance. Other than the goal, the Polegate keeper had a very quiet day at the office. Not much more to report.

The first team game vs Copthorne tomorrow has been cancelled due to Copthorne folding. A weekend off for the first team but the seconds still have a big local derby vs Sovereign Saints seconds.
