Discover the Difference with the
Total Gym New Age Reformer
I’m always looking for ways to give our members the very best experience, which is why I’m proud to introduce our state-of-the-art Total Gym New Age Reformers.
These innovative machines open up a whole new world of movement, allowing my team and I to deliver classes that go far beyond the traditional Reformer Pilates experience.
With over 250 possible exercises, every session can be fresh, engaging and tailored to suit the needs of the people in front of us. Whether your goal is to improve strength, increase mobility, enhance flexibility, support rehabilitation, build confidence or simply move more freely, my instructors have the versatility to create sessions that are both effective and enjoyable.
One of the things I love most about the Total Gym New Age Reformer is the freedom it gives us as coaches. While many traditional Reformer Pilates classes naturally follow a similar format, these innovative units allow each instructor to bring their own knowledge, personality and coaching style into every session. This means no two classes have to be the same, keeping your workouts varied, motivating and continually challenging.
More importantly, the Total Gym New Age Reformer is far more than just a Pilates Reformer. By combining the principles of Pilates with gravity-based, bodyweight resistance training, it offers an incredibly versatile way to train the entire body. The adjustable glide board and multiple exercise options allow us to adapt movements to suit different body shapes, movement patterns and fitness levels, helping every member work within their own capabilities while continuing to progress safely.
At APT, we recognise that everybody is different. We all move differently, have different goals and arrive with different levels of experience, confidence and physical ability. That's why our approach has always been centred around the individual.
My instructors will use the versatility of the Total Gym New Age Reformer to help you move with better quality, improve strength and stability, and build confidence in a way that feels right for you. Whether you're new to exercise, returning after inju
