✍️We are incredibly excited to announce that Sid Partridge will remain with the club for the 2026/27 season!

Sid joined last season quickly establishing himself as a versatile defender and also played a crucial part in the run-in to the play-off final.

🗣️Manager, John Rendell says: “I am really pleased that Sid will be with us going into the new season. He contributed greatly last season and played in the vast majority of games, a real dependable defender with a good presence on and off the pitch.

Sid has a hunger to do well and become a consistent performer at SL level and he has the right mentality to improve and be a key member of our squad this season. I look forward to working closely with him.”

✍️We are delighted to announce that Dylan Gould will be staying with us for the upcoming season!

Dylan joined in the 2024/25 season and is renowned for being a tenacious and no-nonsense midfielder. And who can forget that volley against Oldland Abbotonians!

🗣️John Rendell: “I was very impressed with Gouldy in the last two months of the season where his desire to perform at 100% was infectious. His energy spreads through the squad.

Dylan is eager to improve and has a burning desire to perform at the highest level. He is very popular amongst the lads and I look forward to working with him this season.”

✍️We are very pleased to confirm that Will Osborne will remain with us for the 2026/27 season!

Midfielder, Will, initially joined us for the 2024/25 season scoring four goals with three assists in twenty appearances in that season. He kept up that sort of form this season with the same stats but in sixteen appearances. We are sure we can all remember his crucial curling effort in the play-off semi-final too!

🗣️John Rendell says: “Really pleased to see Will back following a strong end to last season. For such a big frame, he is technically very good and wants to be a consistent performer at SL level.

He is keen to learn and wants to improve giving him all the traits required to become a very good player.”

Paulton Rovers Sports FC would like to invite all sponsors, supporters, players, friends and family to our End of Season Presentation Night on Saturday 6th June 2026 to celebrate an amazing season!

There will be free live music in the main bar from 8.30pm with Darryl Rushby performing, alongside a great atmosphere, awards presentations, and the chance to reflect on the highs of the season together.

We look forward to seeing you all there for what promises to be a fantastic night for everyone involved with the club!

An Evening With Dean Saunders & Andy Townsend

Two of the best football speakers on the circuit will be with us on Friday 24th July!

Dean Saunders was a prolific striker who most famously played for Liverpool and Aston Villa and was also one of the most capped Welsh international players. He has gone on to to be a high profile pundit on both Talksport and BT Sports.

Andy Townsend has played for both Chelsea and Aston Villa in the Premier League and played seventy times for the Republic of Ireland. Since his playing days he went on to commentate for ITV, Talksport and CBS Sport.

The night will be compared by Phil King and tickets are bound to sell fast for this one!

✍️We are delighted to announce that Alfie Kelleher has re-signed for Paulton Rovers.

Alfie came through the Development Centre at the club before becoming a regular in the Under 18s. After some impressive performances at left-back, he made his senior debut in the 2025/26 season featuring in fourteen games (with eleven victories) and scoring his first senior goal before signing for Wells City.

Alfie returned to play for the Under 18s and joined the Paulton Rovers Sports squad becoming part of the team that were crowned champions of the Uhlsport Somerset County League Division Two.

We are very pleased to confirm that Jack Dancey will remain at Paulton Rovers!

Jack signed from Mangotsfield in 2022 having previously played for Keynsham Town and Larkhall Athletic and is a versatile central defender or midfielder. He quickly established his place as a first choice defender in that first season and became club captain the following year.

Working alongside Martin Lenihan and John Rendell, he played a huge part in our push for promotion in the final weeks of last season and is a firm supporter favourite!
