This is just a polite reminder that the gym will be closed from Sunday 31st May until Wednesday 10th June.

The gym will reopen on Thursday 11th June.

A massive well done to everyone who took part in our 6-week weight loss challenge 👏

Special congratulations to our top 3:
🥇 Martha – an incredible 7½ lb lost
🥈 Leona – 5¾ lb lost
🥉 Maggie – 5½ lb lost

You all did amazing! Sticking to a healthy eating plan and committing to workouts isn’t easy, but doing it as a team really helps build confidence and keeps you on track to achieve your goals 💪

We’re now restarting our 6-week weight loss challenge, so it’s the perfect time to join our gym and start becoming the version of you you’ve always wanted to be.
