We focus on continuing to make the club incredibly diverse and inclusive. Welcome to the site of the PURNELL BOWLING CLUB situated in the heart of Somerset. We are located in Bristol Road, Paulton and the club seeks to provide facilities for, and promote participation in, the sport of bowls for the whole community. The club is affiliated to both County and National bowling bodies for Men and Women
and has facilities for both indoor (2 Rinks) and outdoor (6 Rinks) bowling. Getting people active and out of social isolation, working with the community and enhancing mental and physical well-being are just a few of the great initiatives the club is working on whilst building on their existing membership. Bowls truly is a sport for everyone that can be enjoyed all year round. Here at Purnell, our main aim is to make bowls accessible for all by putting it at the heart of the community. Purnell Bowls Club is delighted to welcome touring clubs from both within the UK and overseas. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are considering a touring visit to the area or just looking for a glorious day out. We can provide up to six rinks if required and have ladies and men's sections.
