⛵ RYA Stage 1 Sailing Courses – Summer Holidays ☀️

Looking for something different to keep the kids busy this summer?

Our 2-day RYA Stage 1 sailing course is the perfect introduction to sailing, teaching the basics in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

📅 Every Tuesday & Wednesday throughout the summer holidays
🕙 10:00am – 4:00pm on both days

By the end of the course, participants will have learned the fundamentals of sailing and, if they meet the required standard, will receive their RYA Stage 1 certificate.

🌊 Spaces are limited, so don’t leave it too late.

Sunday spent right: sailing! ⛵️

What an awesome day out on the water for our Sunday Sailors! Cloudy but calm conditions this morning for our beginners, followed by a strong sea breeze this afternoon for our improvers.

Over the last 12 weeks, we’ve welcomed more than 100 local children to Polkerris Beach for sailing lessons, all made possible thanks to funding from the Roseland Youth Sailing Trust. The Trust work incredibly hard to secure funding that gives local children the opportunity to get out on the water and experience sailing.
Watching every child’s confidence grow, their skills develop, and their love for the sport flourish, has been incredibly rewarding. Our whole team has loved every minute of it.
