Last Ditch Throws

Next Sunday (13 September) is the Last Ditch Throws at Par. It is often an event for PBs due to limited other distractions.

Entries so far are really low and it would be great to have many more entries. Go on, give it a go!

🏃‍♂️⏰ 24 Hours. One Track. One Incredible Challenge. 💙

Our amazing friends at St Austell Athletes Running Club are taking on an incredible 24-hour running challenge to raise money for Par Track!

🗓 Starts: 10:00am on Saturday 22nd August
📍 Location: Par Track
⏱ Challenge: Run continuously around the track for 24 hours!

This is an incredible test of determination and endurance, with every lap helping to raise funds towards the deep clean and re-lining of our athletics track, ensuring it can continue to serve our community for many years to come.

🎉 Spectators are very welcome! Come along throughout the day (or night!), cheer the runners on, soak up the atmosphere and show your support. We know your encouragement will mean a huge amount to everyone taking part.

We held our 40th annual Five Star Pentathlon yesterday. Congratulations to Aidan Patton & Zoe Levin who won the club pentathlon championship shields. Awesome 🙌.

We had the Duchy Open at Par Track yesterday, Stunning weather and lots of amazing performances from all of our Cornish Athletes. Well done to all who took part and thank you to the volunteers and officials who made it all happen .
