The Reformer Studio Meets Formula 1 🏎️

On Wednesday we took The Reformer Studio on the road to Mercedes-AMG High Performance Powertrains in Brixworth, delivering a full day of Reformer Pilates to the incredible team behind one of the world’s most successful Formula 1 organisations.

For many, it was their very first Reformer class...and seeing confidence grow throughout the day was exactly why we love what we do.

One thing we heard a lot was, “I’m not athletic.”
Reformer Pilates isn’t just for athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger and prioritise their wellbeing. Reformer Pilates meets you exactly where you’re at.

Hi Everyone,

A little update from me, Holly Essuman, Founder of The Reformer Studio and ✨

Firstly, where has the time gone?!

Many of you will know that my business partner, Ben, stepped into the Managing Director role last year to support the growth of the business and allow me to spend precious time with my newborn son, Kobe.

A huge thank you to Ben for everything he has done over the last 12 months. He has now returned to the corporate world in London, and I am officially back at the helm of The Reformer Studio as Managing Director, Commercial Director, Founder, teacher and chief cheerleader!

A huge shout out must also go to our incredible Head Office team, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring you everything Reformer Studio.

Most importantly, thank you to you, our members. You are the reason we do what we do.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been back on the timetable covering classes, and I have had some truly wonderful conversations with many of you. Hearing your stories, your progress, your challenges and your wins reminds me just how much this community means to me. Your support means more than you realise.

As for our instructors...

Our instructor community is now over 100 strong.
Every instructor is professionally trained, insured, qualified and committed to delivering the best possible experience for our members. To all of our instructors: thank you. Your commitment, energy and dedication do not go unnoticed.
