📣 It's today...
📚 For those who know me, I'm an avid book reader (to the detriment of my eyesight probably 👀...) and I love reading but more so LEARNING...
Menopausing by came out this year and I only just started reading it. I'm not close to experiencing menopause or perimenopause syndroms being in my 30s...BUT! 👇..
💪 ... I strongly believe that learning more about menopause would make me a better ally to those menopausing but also a better Pilates teacher. It's not just about hot flushes 🔥!..
