Louise Leeming Pilates State Registered Physiotherapist, Certified Comprehensive Clinical Pilates Instructor and Certified Balanced Body Core Align Instructor.

Louise has been teaching Pilates for 12 years. She trained originally with Polestar Pilates under Alistair Greetham in 2004. She has continued to expand her experience training with Liz Bussey, Portia Page, Elizabeth Markham, Troy Mccarty, Anne Toran, Tom Mccook and Karen Clippenger. She recently attended the International Pilates Congress in Monchengladbach Germany, training under Lo**ta San Migu

el, the only surviving student of Joseph Pilates himself. She also attended workshops with Kathy Corey and Alan Herdman, both renowned International Pilates educators. Louise continues to push her Pilates and Physiotherapy education, and is currently undertaking further comprehensive clinical Pilates education with Balanced Body of the USA.
