I have 2 spaces available on my Thursday 8pm class (Chap in the class would love another chap to even up the men) & 1 space available on my Thursday 4.45pm class. With lots of Reformer love Maria x

Some new Sunday classes coming in June!

From June 22nd I will be running Sunday Reformer Pilates classes at The Reformer Room in Long Eaton

Classes will be at 4.30, 6 and 7pm

All classes will be beginner friendly
