Be Better Coaching I am a level 3 Personal Trainer & Qualified CrossFit Coach. Hi there! With experience In competing and practising Crossfit on a regular basis.

I am based in Norwich,Norfolk, UK and offer 1-1 Coaching at Crossfit Spitfire, as well as outdoor and home training. My name is Callan and I am a level 3 Personal Trainer, I have over 4 years of experience in the fitness industry. I started off as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor but have been a Sales and Operations Manager and Gym Manager for the past 3-4 years. I also have qualifications in

spinning/studio cycling, circuit training, boxercise/gym based boxing and sports nutrition. I specialise in numerous areas including -
Weight Loss - Toning - Strength Training - Functional & Core Training - Postural Diagnosis and Treatment - Flexibility - Stability and Balance - Nutrition.

Reminder to get in training or activity (walking etc) whenever you can in these busy/festive weeks.🎄

Most of us will be busier than normal or not as motivated so take every opportunity to be as active as you can, exercise even if it’s not as long as normal or get out for a walk/run!💪🏼

Workout was ‘Linda’ -
10-1 of -
Deadlift @ 100kg,
Bench Press @ 80kg,
Cleans @ 60kg,
