One day I hope my members past and present will look back at their time at Mum-Fit and think "I did that".

Because post partum is one of the most challenging times of a woman's life. Sleep? Never heard of it. Core? Non existent. Energy levels? Disappeared.

But somehow you all show up. Not only that, you achieve incredible results at a time where the odds are stacked against you. It really is remarkable.

Those precious hours spent in the gym with your little one are vital and i'm very grateful that so many of you choose Mum-Fit ❤️

These were perfectly frozen 25 minutes later! I wonder how long they would have stayed frozen for!
