Sometimes making decision to move and what to do can be daunting, and we understand that. Working with many many people over the years we have learned that most successful people who start moving they start with Pilates class and then gradually increase other movement into their daily/ weakly routine…

STRETCHING for flexibility & mobility ...

As a retired pro gymnast I'm the biggest fan of stretching and I practice it a couple times a week 😉 ( almost 45 and I still can do split but I'm not gonna lie, it's getting harder year by year )

Mobility vs. flexibility: What's the difference?

An easy way to remember the difference is that mobility is active, while flexibility is passive. Think of it this way: If flexibility is about how far you can stretch (like being able to do the splits), mobility is about how well you can move and control your body through that stretch (like standing and lifting your leg as high as you can or doing a split jump ). Both are super important, but they serve different purposes in keeping your body happy and healthy.

Everything starts with movement.... don't underestimate those " easy" exercises with a loop band or ankle weight ....the health of your hips is the health of your lower back.

See you on the mat
