With 2024 coming to a close, it's time to announce the news of a whole new chapter in my life for 2025‼️
After over 8 years of running OMC Equestrian, I'm sad to say I'll be closing the doors one final time on the 31st of January 2025 🥹
I'd like to say how grateful I am to those who have been supportive of me throughout the years🤗 Having trust in me as a rider, trainer & with the care of your lovely animals! 😍
The horses, the owners, the liveries, and other people around me have made it an enjoyable and great experience🥲! I've met & made some lifelong friends, and truly, that's the most difficult thing to walk away from!💔 Having to tell those around me has genuinely broke my heart. So many tears shed by everyone it's been one of the hardest decisions I've made!🥲
It's an odd feeling when you reflect on how many horses & people you've had the opportunity to educate, teach, and watch grow. There have been so many animals that I've had the pleasure to give solid foundations to and riders the skills that will set them up for life. All these moments we all take for granted each day and don't give ourselves the credit we deserve! It really is crazy when I think back! It's been an amazing experience from start to finish!
Like all good stories, it hasnt always been easy. At times, it has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs when nothing seems to go in your favour or give you a break. This industry is a monster & often a hamster wheel full of its difficulties no one sees unless you run your own business. The long days in wind, rain or snow, the endless weeks with no days off, the zero time for a social life or time for holidays...but would I change any of it..absolutely not! 🙂 I've been taught some valuable life lessons, some of which I'd rather not have been taught 😂 but overall, what a blast!!
So again, from the bottom of my heart ❤️ THANK YOU!!🤗 Without everyone, I wouldn't have had this story to tell & the experience to live!😍🤗
For now, it's time to start a whole new exciting chapter in my life! 📖 Closing this page & seeking new opportunities to move on in my career in England! 🌎
