Introducing Me ✨
I wanted to take an opportunity to reintroduce myself as I’ve had a lot of new followers recently. 😊
I am based just outside Mayobridge where we have just built our dream house & clinic space with my husband Nigel & new puppy Luna. 🏠
I started off 2026 full of hope and excitement for the year ahead after finding out we were expecting in January. Unfortunately, at our anatomy scan our lives changed and we tried everything over the next 8 weeks to get our baby here safely but baby Rory didn’t make it & was born sleeping on 14th June 💙
So I’m currently on my own postpartum rebuild journey & sharing the highs and lows associated with grief and recovery ❤️🩹
Some hobbies I have dabbled in over the years include playing hockey with some of the most amazing people, only taking a break when I found out we were expecting 🏑 Running and having the privilege to run the Great North Run as well as Dublin Marathon (comeback pending) 🏃 And I’ve also enjoyed lots of gym training and even some CrossFit (though I was never any good) 💪🏻
I love a bit of country music - which all of my Pilates ladies will know 🎵 and recently finding podcasts amazing, listening to other women’s stories as I navigate through grief. The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation
And the bit you’re probably more interested in - my Qualifications. I obtained a 1st class honours from Ulster University in 2018 & went on to complete a MSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine. I have had the opportunity to complete an internship with Ulster Rugby, as well as working alongside other Rugby & GAA teams 🏉
I’ve found a love for working in Pelvic health & completing my MummyMOT training and working as a Specialist Pelvic Health Physio within the NHS. I’m an APPI certified matwork Pilates instructor and completed level 1-3 reformer Pilates training. I have also completed both matwork and reformer pre/postnatal Pilates training. 🧘
A few other things to note - I will pretty much do anything for - An amazing view, snow or a large glass of w**e 🍷 And I’m also a huge Harry Potter fan 😂
