Welcome to Pilates Fix
My Name is Tanya McEvoy and I'm a level 3 Pilates Instructor. I have been teaching both group classes and private one on one sessions since 2010. I myself have suffered from knee and hip issues and have found my Pilates exercises have helped me so much in my recovery from surgery and have kept my muscles and joints strong and flexible since.

rd people tell me how Pilates has changed their lives for the better, there is less pain or no pain at all. They can move more freely, their balance has greatly improved, their posture is so much better. They also perform much better in their other classes and hobbies such as running, cycling etc from practising the Pilates method so here at Pilates Fix we aim to hear many more success stories how this amazing low impact workout can change your life too.

💚 As many of you know, we are coming up to the first anniversary of losing our beautiful mum, Marie. It’s hard to believe a whole year has passed without her.

💚June would have marked Mum’s 70th birthday, and we wanted to do something special to honour her life, her strength, and the love she gave so freely.

To celebrate her, we’ll be hosting a Pilates Wellness Morning (details coming soon ).

All proceeds will go directly to the hospice who cared for Mum in her final days. Their compassion, dignity, and kindness meant the world to us — their care truly was second to none.

If you’d like to support, we have set up an online fundraiser. Please scan the QR code in the picture, which will take you directly to the donation page, click the link and then donate . Every single contribution, no matter how small, truly makes a difference.

Hospice care touches so many families — including ours — and we know so many of you will understand just how special that support is.
