So… we’re officially adults now because we’ve bought a house 🏠😂
Not going to lie, looking at the pictures, gym and nutrition definitely went a bit to s**t for a few days.
But honestly, with no food in the house because we didn’t want loads to move over… and no oven for 3 days… we definitely had our excuses to eat whatever was convenient 😂
Sweets, maccies, cheeky spoons, takeaways — easy, quick, and did bits, especially the pints😂
And it reminded me how easy it actually is to go off track.
But more importantly, how important it is to get back on track quickly.
Because once you get used to convenience and not having structure, it becomes really easy to keep making excuses and pushing it back another day.
You go from food being made for you and eating whatever’s easiest… to suddenly having to meal prep, cook again, and get yourself back into routine.
And honestly, that first week back can feel like a chore.
But that’s the important bit.
Life happens. Things get in the way. Routines get thrown off.
The key isn’t never slipping up — it’s being able to reset before temporary becomes permanent and build that momentum back again 💪
