Eating healthy to stick to your goals doesn't have to mean you spend hours on food prep or cooking. The meals I eat are always quick to prepare because I honestly could not be arsed spending hours cooking every night 😅 I like to make sure I always have a few staple ingredients in so that if im pushed for time my nutrition doesn't suffer....Aldi's Turkey burgers are 👌
