First session with tonight ๐ช๐ป
We are going to be working on building some muscle, getting stronger & more fitter ๐๐ป
Measurements are taken, targets are set & we are going to smash it ๐ฅ
Tonight we focused on the basics, going over form & making sure we have a solid foundation to build on.
๐๐ป X2-3 training sessions a week
๐๐ป Prioritising protein & fuelling her body properly
๐๐ป Rest days & sleep ๐ค
Those are the big 3 targets that will ensure libby achieves her goals ๐๐ป
