Please welcome 50 year old Jamil, a busy father and businessman who is always on the go.

After spending much time in the gym but with little direction, Jamil has come to us alongside his son Zain to change not only his physique but improve his health.

Hoping that this new chapter of change will impact his family and they too will follow his lead, as he also looks to improve his weekly performance amongst his cycling group.

Jamil is already a week in his journey and is enjoying the push, so please say hello to us on the gym floor and make him feel welcome as he’ll be around for a while.

These sessions are never easy, but having the right people around you pushing and supporting each other makes it that much more enjoyable.

Welcome Zain to FLF.

Zain, an 18 year old engineering student who’s just landed a job at Amazon.

He’s trained on and off for a while with no real structure and no real results. Enough to build a base, not enough to build a physique.

The goal is a simple one, drop body fat, get shredded, build something he’s proud of. We will be learning new habits: how to eat with purpose, train with intent, and stay consistent when the novelty wears off.

Zain and his mates have a competition running. Best physique by September wins £250.

Shahid’s transformation has been about far more than just losing weight or building muscle.

When he first started coaching, he wanted to feel fitter, stronger and more confident in himself again. Through consistent training, better habits and a structured approach, he’s completely changed not only his physique, but the way he approaches life day to day.

What’s made the biggest difference is his consistency. He trusted the process, stayed disciplined and kept showing up, even when motivation wasn’t always there.

Welcome to FLF, Pedro!

Pedro has trained previously and already has experience in the gym, but after a few setbacks and a period away from training he reached a point where he knew he wanted to take his health and fitness seriously again. With 40 approaching next month, the timing felt right to commit fully and focus on feeling and looking his best again.

Our first phase together will focus on fat loss, building consistency and creating routines that realistically fit around his lifestyle and work demands. With a sedentary job as a Project Manager and eating habits that have mainly been based around convenience, we have structured a meal plan that is practical and easy for him to follow consistently rather than trying to force an unrealistic approach from the start.

We have also set realistic daily step targets to increase overall activity levels gradually before progressing things further as momentum builds. Training will be strength focused with the long term goal being to build a stronger physique once we have established a solid foundation.

During our consultation one thing became very clear very quickly… Pedro absolutely hates burpees.m!! Fortunately for him this is not a Hyrox programme, although after all my Hyrox training I did warn him that if he starts straying too far off plan I will have no hesitation in bringing them in when required.

Really looking forward to this one and excited to see what we can achieve over the coming months 🙌🏼

Everyone give a big FLF welcome to Shezmin! 💪

Now technically, Shezmin has been training at FLF for a couple of months already... but she wanted to feel more comfortable before taking a snap with me.

Now she loves FLF and is 10kg down 🔥 so she has finally agreed to a picture!

Coming from an HR background, she recently made the move into housing, but when she’s not in the office, Shezmin spends her time socialising, catching up with friends, and trying her best not to consume too many matchas ☕😅

Since joining FLF, she’s really fallen in love with training, and 10kg is just the start. Watch this space 👀💪

Reuben is actually a gym owner himself owning a franchise in the .trafford.uk community and tbh his starting point is already good and better than most people’s end result however Reuben is the type of person that isn’t satisfied with just good and wants his physique to be great… he’s come to the right place.

Really excited for this one and to be honest my biggest challenge is going to be stopping this action man doing too much as Reuben loves training and isn’t happy if he isn’t in the gym, running on a road or burning a 1000 cals in a sauna whilst swinging kettlebells which apparently is the general theme of Shredfast 🤷🏻‍♂️

Let’s get to work Reuben it’s time to train smart and choose quality over quantity and watch that magic happen 🪄🧙🏻‍♂️

Very proud of the progress Shahid has made throughout this coaching journey.

From the start, he committed fully to the process and stayed consistent with both his training and lifestyle habits. The physical transformation has been incredible, but more importantly, his confidence, energy and overall mindset have completely changed too.

Results like this don’t happen overnight. They come from structure, accountability and consistently showing up week after week.

This video gives a real insight into what can happen when you commit to yourself properly and follow the RIGHT plan.
