Currently the lightest I’ve been in 2 years. Aim has moved from body composition to strength + explosive performance.

Part of that is sustaining my lightest possible bodyweight while still being happy with how I look.

Training right now is way less volume than what I’m used to with way more of an emphasis on explosive power than before. Every now and then I’ll still hit a full “disco muscle” upper workout for maintenance.

I’ll probably do another muscle gain phase at some point, but for now I’m loving this style of training.

Just because your weight goes up, doesn’t mean your progress goes backwards.

Obviously if you’re not sticking to calories and being a di****ad with food, overtime it WILL go up.
