Currently the lightest I’ve been in 2 years. Aim has moved from body composition to strength + explosive performance.
Part of that is sustaining my lightest possible bodyweight while still being happy with how I look.
Training right now is way less volume than what I’m used to with way more of an emphasis on explosive power than before. Every now and then I’ll still hit a full “disco muscle” upper workout for maintenance.
I’ll probably do another muscle gain phase at some point, but for now I’m loving this style of training.
