Long Buckby RFC

Long Buckby RFC Long Buckby Rugby Football Club Long Buckby RFC are probably the oldest village rugby club in the country.

Founded in 1875, Long Buckby RFC are one of the oldest rugby clubs in the country and the oldest in the Northampton and Rugby area. We are a large part of the community, with players from all ages in mini, juniors, seniors, and veterans sections, with boy's, girl's, men's and women's teams.

Brian was a past player, a Vice President and the Club President from 2014 to 2024. He was also a regular supporter of the 1st XV both home and away.

He will be very fondly remembered and greatly missed by both current and past members and players.
