Highly sought-after expert — trusted by top executives, professionals, visionaries and organisations — on a mission to help brilliant people remember who they really are and lead lives that reflect that truth. Grounded in my 20+ years of coaching, clinical and business expertise, I developed VINTIVITY™ — an unparalleled method for moving beyond burnout, into deep fulfilment and back home to yourself — built upon the three most powerful principles available to us all: vulnerability, intimacy and creativity. VINTIVITY™ recognises that for high-achievers, burnout isn't a productivity problem or the inevitable cost of success - it's a sign of deeper disconnection that calls for a radically different approach, beginning at the core. Renowned for my sold-out talks, I empower founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, change-makers and creatives to shift beyond the hustle where drive persists yet the disguise is dropped; breaking free from constraining cycles of performance, people-pleasing and perfectionism. My debut book, Find Your True Voice (published by Penguin Life) became an instant bestseller and reached a global audience, with translations in Polish, Mandarin and Russian. From launching and leading Europe’s first trauma centre at 26, to supporting thousands of clients worldwide, I’ve been featured in Vogue, ELLE, Vanity Fair, Women’s Health, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, and many more.

Do you ever feel drained, anxious or like you’re never quite doing enough?

You might find yourself constantly overthinking. People pleasing. Struggling to say no or set boundaries. Seeking reassurance or approval. Putting everyone else first and somehow still feeling like you’re falling short.

Maybe you keep repeating the same cycles, in your relationships, your work, your choices or the way you speak to yourself.

You know the patterns are there.
You can see the life you want.
You know you’re capable of more.

But somehow, you keep getting pulled back into the same old ways of thinking, behaving and being.

These patterns aren’t who you are and they can change.

Often, the patterns that hold us back were developed for a reason. They may have helped us cope, protect ourselves or feel safe at some point in our lives.

But what once helped us survive can sometimes stop us from truly thriving.

And when we understand why we do what we do, we can begin to create something different.

On Saturday 12th September, I’m hosting a morning workshop at Rockwater, Hove. Designed to help you uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and start shifting the way you move through life.

Book your place through the link in my bio or comment PATTERNS and I’ll send you the link to book 🤍

Sometimes the life you’ve built looks right on paper, but something still feels off.

Not because you need to blow everything up. Not because you need a new life.

Sometimes you just need to get honest about what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’ve been putting off asking yourself.

Save these 10 questions for a quiet Sunday, a long walk, or the next time you feel like you’re running on autopilot.

You might be surprised by what comes up ✨

A reminder to notice the way you treat to yourself today. 🤍

Would you treat someone you love the way you speak to yourself?

Save this for the days you need the reminder.

You can have the career, the achievements, the relationships… and still feel like something is missing.

That quiet knowing that something needs to shift, but you can’t explain what.

This is often where transformation begins.

Not with having all the answers but with becoming curious about the questions.

What are you ready to let go of?
What wants to emerge next?

The uncertainty isn’t always a sign you’re lost. Sometimes it’s a sign you’re evolving.

An evening spent with Jamie Oliver at Pinterest stunning new London HQ in Oxford Circus for the launch of Jamie’s exclusive summer recipe collection on Pinterest.

We were treated to a live cook along with Jamie, celebrating a partnership designed to make discovering and bringing recipes to life even easier. It was a brilliant reminder of how platforms like Pinterest are transforming inspiration into real world experiences.

Congratulations to everyone at Pinterest on the opening of your beautiful new home, and thank you for such a memorable evening. I even won the competition!!

The Shift NYC 💫

Every event is a reminder of why this work matters. Through neural reprogramming and clinical hypnosis, we explored the beliefs that shape our lives and created space for new possibilities, greater clarity, and lasting change.

Watching people challenge old beliefs, reconnect with themselves, and leave with a new sense of possibility is something I’ll never stop being grateful for.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in New York 🗽🇺🇸💫
