I’ve finally reached the final stages of my return to play after 350+ Days of work.
While it feels like a lifetime since I last crossed a white line, it also feels like this journey has flown by. At the start, I kept telling myself it would be a straight line. But it hasn’t been as plain sailing as I thought, so it was just about trusting the process and the people around me to getting through it... and I’m glad to have them in my corner.
There were plenty of steps forward, but also a few backwards. A couple of setbacks along the way meant plans changed more than once, but that’s just part of it. adaptclinic.ie has been brains behind it all and I would recommend to anyone that needs it!
A few more boxes left to tick, a few tough sessions to go…then it’s time to get back out on the pitch.
