LSO26 COMPETITION FORMAT 🔥

We’re going to be using your entry total and weight category to calculate a Sinclair for each athlete and organise groups placing the highest rankings at the end of the day.

We wanted a war in the last sessions. So the best lifter contenders will be placed in the same session to battle it out for best male and female lifter!
(Prizes will be revealed in a few weeks time 🔥)

In the meantime, YOU need to ensure that your entry total is accurate, so that we can place you correctly - just remember about the 20kg rule!

Beginners and first time lifters, don’t worry too much about having perfect entry total! If you aren’t sure ask your coach, or contact us and we can help.
