Our 2nd team have finished the year strongly with wins over Prescot 1 and Liverpool 3.

Impressive draws on boards 2 and 3 along with wins on the rest of the boards ensured a convincing win against Prescot. Good to see Ged Chandler make his first appearance of the season.

Our 3rd team have gone into the Christmas break with a strong finish. Once again we were a man short against Liverpool 7/St. John’s but unlike the previous game against Liverpool 6, we were unable to overcome the man disadvantage and had to settle for a draw. Wins on boards 1 and 4 along with a great debut win for James were enough for the draw.
