KNIFE DEFENCE SEMINAR

This event is in addition to the PROTECT YOUR FAMILY main event. In this seminar you will learn how to prevent knife threats and defend against attacks with knives and bladed weapons, this will help you to prepare for PROTECT YOUR FAMILY as well as being important for everyday situations.

In this seminar we will explore knife culture and the dangers it creates, you will learn to identify potential threats and the criminal behaviour that can lead to a knife attack.

You will be guided through the different stages of a knife threat or attack and given methods on avoiding, dealing with and escaping from them.

Update : To all current, past and future (!) members of Krav Maga Self Defence Liverpool.
During the lockdown, we have been using Zoom to keep everyone ticking over and practise the basics, now, in accordance with the recent guidelines, we have re-started weekly training classes.
I appreciate that we all have our own views on our safety and so I am making sure that everyone feels comfortable when they attend a class. Whilst we still have reasonably mild weather, the classes will be outdoors and I will accommodate any specific issues that people have regarding physical contact.
I am currently exploring some ideas for a new location that will suit our needs in the longer term and we can get back to options for different class timetables.
So for now, sessions will be outside Constellations Bar, Greenland Street, Liverpool, L1 0BS as they were before lockdown. They are on a Wednesday night from 19:00 to 20:30.
Please arrive ready for outdoor training and bring a towel and water.
If you have any questions at all about coming back, drop me an email and I will get back to you.
It will be great to see you if you haven’t been for a while and pick up where you left off with your personal safety training.
So that we may walk in peace.

Kids Krav Maga Self Defence Classes in Liverpool

5 - 7 years old - every Friday at 5pm

8 - 13 years old - every Friday at 6pm

We will teach the basic movements, punches, kicks, defence against common holds and attacks. How to prevent and deal with all the relevant dangers including bullying.

But it’s not just physical, the class is designed to educate without scaremongering. It makes sure the student understands potential dangers and how situations could escalate.

And best of all it is good fun and a good workout too!
