‘Strengthgod has totally changed my physical and mental wellbeing. I started with Tom in June 23, weighing in at 152.5kg and barely able to squat as a basic movement (never mind with weights on a barbell). Tom has taken me back to the first principles of eating, movement, strength, and fitness. His understanding and coaching of how body and mind are intrinsically linked has helped give me the positivity to improve myself one gym session at a time. I currently weigh 134kg after just 2 months of coaching with Tom... but most importantly I now have the principles and mindset in place to keep my self-improvement journey focused, and I will never forget how Tom started me on that route to successfully reaching my targets.

Tom and i got speaking in the gym, and after some time of making eye contact, i finally approach Tom in order to help rebuild the strength in my leg after years of suffering through believing it was always going to be weak.

After one session together, it was clearly established the issue was mental, and quite quickly that belief system had been eradicated through clear signs i could lift weight, and the believed weakened leg was never going to recover was of a myth (madness)

Tom quickly utilised the small time that we had together, ensuring he got the best out of me where we implemented (he) a nutritional lifestyle change to help change my physical appearance, and many pointers along the way.

Some seriously great results, as Tom is incredibly good at ensuring not much slips through the net, holding me accountable for every action which worked marvellous- result will show.

Starting off at 16,6, without thinking of nutrition, or healthy eating; a good coach () identifies exactly what the client needs, not what the client believes they want.

i am now comfortably sitting around the 15,4 mark, and i am absolutely over the moon with all the changes and tweaks, what a journey/transformation this has been- hit this guy up if you want to get proven results that work, where bu****it excuse don't wash

But thats then where people like me come in 😏, work your weights up gradually, 2.5-5kg week by week, and watch your chicken legs disappear.
