People always talk about discipline > motivation… But they never tell you how to get back on track. 👇
We all have dips in motivation, chaotic life, lack of sleep, mental fatigue, hormonal fluctuations it all affects how you feel about training.
The first thing I do when I’m in a rut is remind myself: it might take a week or two until you get that ‘I’m back!’ feeling 😀 that moment when training finally feels like it’s going well again.
And stop waiting to feel motivated, not every session will go perfectly and very few of them will. Every session you do helps you a little bit more.
