We will be digging in Strathmiglo which could be our last weekly dig of the season. The last time we where here Im sure lynne got 3 hammies! A great area that always produces.
The site is ploughed but its always flat which makes easy walking and digging.
Tickets are £15 and non detecting guests go FREE.
DIRECTIONS WILL NOT BE SENT OUT PRIOR TO SATURDAY EVENING AT 7pm to 9pm so please don't post asking. I will put a post u saying they have been sent.

Toddys digs are always pushing the boundries and trying new land. Sometimes this pays off sometimes it does not but thats detecting. SO Why do we go back to site. Its because they have a proven record of producing good finds like this weeks dig that has produced many bronze age axes, spear aswell as medieval rings and hammered coins aswell as roman.

The fields are potato fields from last crop and also stubble and some flat plough.

This weeks dig is on a farm is opposite a medieval kirk. We have a few stubbles and good parking. Excellent site with great potential for hammered.
