A HUGE well done to our very first Beginners Course graduates! 🥹✨

I honestly couldn’t be prouder of these lovely ladies!

Over the past four weeks, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of teaching this wonderful group, and watching their journey from week one to yesterday has been so lovely.

The enthusiasm, determination and willingness to learn that each of them has brought to every session has been incredible. Seeing how much their confidence has grown, how much they’ve taken on board and just how far they’ve progressed in four short weeks is exactly why I love what I do! 🥰

To each and every one of you, thank you for bringing such wonderful energy to every Wednesday evening. You should all be so proud of yourselves, because I certainly am!

And a special shoutout to our two lovely ladies missing from the photo, you’ve been just as much a part of this little journey!

I can’t wait to welcome you all back into the studio as you continue your Reformer Pilates journey ✨

Our next 4-week Beginners Course starts next Wednesday 21st October at 5:30pm, and we have just 3 spaces remaining!

If you’ve been wanting to give Reformer Pilates a go, this is the perfect place to start. No experience needed, just come as you are!

Head to the link in our bio to book your space. We’d absolutely love to welcome you! 🤗✨
