Hi I am starting something a little different and wanted to share it here.
Over the years I’ve worked with many people struggling with ongoing lower back pain, and I know how frustrating and limiting it can feel (something I understand personally as well).
I’m putting together a small, gentle 6-week online Pilates programme specifically for people with lower back pain, focused on helping you feel safer in your body, move more comfortably, and build confidence again.
No previous Pilates experience is needed – I will guide you through everything step by step.
It will be a small, supportive group on Zoom.
