“Don’t come back like a buffalo” 🦬
The kind words from before my first trip of the year 🇬🇷
Very simple to manage
Just don’t be a total d*ckhead
Enjoy it, have some balance and downtime
But also be smart with your decisions
Here’s how I’ve been doing that so far
1️⃣ high protein at every meal consumed (easy to do when you’ve got years of experience)
2️⃣ full body sessions at the gym to keep the physique ticking over
3️⃣ 10k+ steps are so easy when you’re abroad, a very effective way to manage your energy balance and digestion
4️⃣ enjoy some different variety of foods guilt free (tend to do this in the evening with a couple of drinks)
5️⃣ breakfast is always a staple and I like to pick foods I’ve had at home to set myself up for a good start to the day
6️⃣ take your vitamins abroad, this will keep your bodily functions in order
It Really is that simple
Don’t overthink it, enjoy it and be ready to come back looking in good condition still
