Summer is nearly here and if you’re anything like me, you know how easy it is for routines to disappear…
Holidays, BBQs, weekends away, visitors, later nights, busy diaries… life happens and whilst we’re absolutely not aiming for perfection, having a little structure and support can make all the difference.
That’s why I’m so excited to be launching our 4 Week Summer Consistency Challenge starting 6th July☀️
For four weeks we’ll focus on a few simple daily habits:
✨ Green Gut Glow each day
✨ A daily protein shake to support protein goals
✨ 10,000 steps
✨ Hydration goals
We’ll also have support from a qualified PT inside our WhatsApp group, sharing guidance, movement tips and encouragement along the way!
No restrictions.
No guilt.
No all-or-nothing mindset.
Just a lovely community of people supporting one another and staying consistent through summer!
Because often it’s not about knowing what to do, it’s about having the accountability, encouragement and people around you who help you keep showing up!
