🙏 sure you may lose weight initially - but you’ll soon notice that stalls out pretty fast.

🤞🏻So even less must solve that problem right?

🤦🏼‍♂️ The logic is there - but it just doesn’t work that way.

🤌🏻 Eating more to lose weight - sounds stupid but here’s what happens when you fuel your body with what it needs…

- Too far away from the bar
- Carry too much speed into the movement
- Mistimes the kip


- Start one foot step back from the rig
