This course is suited to all levels of fitness or ability, if you have no knowledge of lifting that's great as the course is designed to teach you from the very beginning.
The course will include areas such as:
* Basic technique of the lifts
* Lifting safely
* Effective warm up & cool down
* How diet & lifestyle effects your training
* How you can fit it around your busy life
One thing I want to reassure you of is that it doesn't cost anything to ask a question. I'm so happy to chat about lifting and my own experience and I won't force you into anything, a message doesn't commit you to the course. I want to be open and accessible in the hope that people may feel more comfortable into taking that step into trying something new.

Here are the course details:
The course will involve two evening 90 minute group training sessions a week at Primal Life Gym in Lincoln. You may want to do more in your own time I can plan these session too. I will be accessible to answer questions about your training.
